I did not like that place at all First on the website it shows a gym but there's no gym in that hotel Second the heating system in the rooms out of service also you can't hear the sound on some channels Terrible at that hotel where the staff wouldn't help at all.
TV Heating Staff Breakfast Gym not available as shown online
Internet was spotty Terrible breakfast, ran out of food Restaurant was terrible, no English entertainment
I thought the condition of the building and the surronding property was tacky, The grass was not cut loaded with weeds.paper and plastic bottles littered the lawns. The back parking lot had broken beer bottles strewn throughout. I was there for 3 days 2 night and non of the trash either in the lawns or on the ground was picked up. Young couples who rented rooms were loud and disorderly security was called many times to silence the many parties. I even called once.Even the sheets didn't fit they kept coming off the mattres as I slept. I had to close door #3 late a night as it was kept open with small rocks so the party rooms could let people from the outside in. Where was security? I could never recommend this days inn. .
We enjoyed the continental breakfast the most
The hot tub wasn't working there was no hand soap in any of the dispensers in any of the restrooms in the common areas the smell of stale smoke and one of the front desk works was pretty rasist toward the Asians that were using the conference room for an event
We arrived very late as the first heavy snow of the season was upon us. Getting there was rather severe. And difficulty finding the location through Mapquest was significant. The staff was couteous; the room large and clean; the heat immediately adjustable. It was a welcome place to stay.
The hot tub didn't work (the whole purpose our hotel stay was for relaxation and the hot tub). There were no towels in our room, we had to ask at the front desk multiple times before getting two towels for the five people staying in our room.
Needs some serious updates, very dingy.... Wont stay there again
The bathroom ceiling was rotted, black mildue. The exterior doors to the hotel weren't all secured. The "lounge" wasn't really Lounge, rather a Hmong night club.. Good place to say for the $55 I spent. No major complaints.
Wallpaper coming off the walls in the room. The pool was closed the 3days we stayed there. We had to ask for towels each day. The room was made up with one towel each day.
We Really Found the Staff Very Friendly. The Hotel was very Budget Friendly as well and met all our needs. We would and we plan to stay there again.
